| Clara runs Over
The Top Linen with a demand for perfection. After
graduating from the University of Houston with a
degree in Marketing, Clara went directly into the
catering industry and has spent the past years building
on this experience. Clara is very active within
the National Association of Catering Executives
(NACE) Houston Chapter and has a vast network within
the industry. Clara manages Over The Top Linen with
great pride and care, stressing her fundamental
message, “Our business is ensuring complete
satisfaction with our product and service.”

| Christopher
manages the accounting and finance operations of
the company. His background ensures that Over The
Top Linen is well run, but more importantly, his
focus is on making sure the processes and necessary
infrastructure are in place to ensure that the customer
